"بَرّا" (المشار إليه لاحقاً بـ "التطبيق") تطبيق سعودي يربط الزبائن بالمطاعم لتسليم الطلبات عند السيارة (curbside pickup). نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية.
"Barra" ("the App") is a Saudi mobile application connecting customers with restaurants for curbside pickup. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Phone number (for OTP authentication), name, location (used in two cases only: (a) when you tap "I'm here" for curbside arrival, and (b) when you pin a delivery address — the coordinates are saved with the order so the driver can reach you), orders and ratings, vehicle details (color, model, optional plate), device push token (for notifications). For restaurants: business name, photos, hours, commercial registration, GPS coordinates, staff contact numbers.
Authentication, order routing, real-time arrival notifications (location is used in-the-moment and not stored), loyalty points, public rating display, and restaurant-to-customer order communication (call/WhatsApp).
نستخدم خدمات Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore في منطقة الشرق الأوسط (me-central2) الموجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية — لضمان أن بياناتك تظل داخل البلاد.
Data is stored on Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore in the me-central2 region (Saudi Arabia) to keep your data in-country.
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات خارج التطبيق.
We use Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, push), Twilio Verify / Unifonic (SMS OTP), APNs (iOS push), Google Maps, and Wathq (Saudi Business Center, for restaurant CR verification only). We do not sell your data or use it for off-app advertising.
نستخدم موقعك في حالتين فقط:
تقدر ترفض الصلاحية أو تسحبها من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت. لو رفضتها لن تتمكن من استخدام زر "أنا بَرّا" ولا تثبيت عنوان توصيل دقيق.
We use your location in two cases only:
(a) Curbside pickup: When you tap "I'm here", your location is transmitted in real-time to the restaurant to signal your arrival — and is not persisted in our database.
(b) Delivery service: When you choose delivery and pin a drop-off address on the map, the coordinates are saved with the order only so the restaurant/driver can reach you. No other party can read them.
You may decline or revoke location permissions from your device settings at any time. Doing so will disable the "I'm here" feature and prevent precise delivery pinning.
التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع أي بيانات منهم عن قصد. لو علمنا إن طفلاً قام بالتسجيل، نحذف حسابه فوراً.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will delete the account immediately.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account, contact us at the email below. You may also revoke consent and stop using the app at any time.
نستخدم التشفير الكامل (HTTPS / TLS) لكل الاتصالات بين التطبيق والسيرفر. كلمات المرور لا تُخزّن لأن المصادقة تتم عبر OTP لمرة واحدة. قواعد Firestore الأمنية تمنع أي مستخدم من قراءة بيانات مستخدم آخر.
All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. No passwords are stored — authentication is one-time OTP only. Firestore security rules enforce strict per-user isolation.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. التحديث الكبير يُعلَن داخل التطبيق. التاريخ في الأعلى يعكس آخر تحديث.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
